Comments |
The construct contains unique EcoRI and PstI sites. Cloned from two derivatives of pBR322 (pBRX19 and pBRSc7). The insert contains NcoI, HhaI, and KpnI sites. The sequence is not an oncogene, but appears to regulate mos expression by terminating transcription upstream. This sequence is upstream to c-mos (nt -1836 to nt -809 of the published sequence). |
Classification |
Eukaryota, Animalia, Metazoa, Chordata, Vertebrata, Tetrapod |
