Recommendations for Infection: Inoculate SPF embryonated chicken eggs (intra-allantoic) at 9-11 days old. Dilute virus in D-PBS prior to inoculation.
Incubation: 2-3 days at 35°C in a humidified, non-CO2 atmosphere.
